Yoga for the Chakras
Join us for a virtual flow designed to tap into each of your chakras as we work through grounding poses, heart openers, balancing postures and more. We’ll round out this 45min flow with a 10min Reiki infused Shavasana where you’ll receive distance healing to amplify the effects of this total body alignment practice.
